I've been trying to keep up with Quaker sites for years, so it seemed logical to sign up here to edit this part of the Open Directory.

I was active in the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) for four decades, serving in a variety of positions from the local to the denominational (Friends United Meeting) level.

I also am Webservant for QuakerInfo.com, which has articles and news headlines on Quakerism.

In 1998, I participated in a Quaker Tour of England which was very educational.

I live in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC. I am active in a ministry, Friends in Christ, operating in that area.

I have also been long active in the consistent life ethic/progressive wing of the pro-life movement. I am President of Consistent Life. I also am Webservant for Seamless-Garment.org.
