Profile

I am the senior public affairs specialist for the Social Security Administration. I have worked for the SSA since 1978. I'm a regular guest lecturer at colleges and universities in St. Louis and a frequent guest on radio and TV. I write a weekly column for STLtoday.com and I'm a contributing editor for The Independence, a monthly newspaper for people with disabilities. I am a three-time recipient of SSA's highest award for public affairs work.
