I have been a computer communications professional long enough that I remember the days when "The Net" meant something you used to catch fish, and two computers could be connected for fast communications by using synchronous modems.
Today, I still make a living with computer communications, but I devote much time to my interest in service clubs. The Lions Club allows me to give back to my community by serving those in need, and therefore I am motivated to ensure the Open Directory Project provides organized links to that service organization.
