I was stunned and honored for being nominated in several categories for some of the Editor Awards, some of those nominations have included Most Congenial Editor and Best Meta as well as Most Evil Meta. I was honored to be given these in the spring of 2001:

Now over to let you know some more about me, since I guess that's why you started to read my profile in the first place, right? ;-)

My interests spans a very whide area and here I'm covering just a few of them, so don't be surpriced if I do know something about a topic that I haven't mentioned here. No one do really know all my interests, hmm, even I don't know them all.

I'm a computer geek who loves to design websites (by handcoding pages, occasionally using DW as well), backgrounds and other computer rendered graphics, helping out others with their web- and/or computer-related problems, and of course editing here at the Open Directory.

Another interestgroup is sports which I'm mostly watching nowadays, but have been active as both a player and coach in some of them. Just to mention a few of the many sports that I like: handball, football, floorball, basketball, ice hockey, darts, snooker, Formula 1, and equestrian sports like harness racing and show jumping.

My non-computer and non-sport interests covers animals (most of them, but especially birds), travelling and jigsaw puzzles as well as reading, photographing, languages, music, and nature. I also like potted plants and flowers in general, cooking and drinks, and doing things to improve my home. I also just love to mech around with things that are out of order to see if I can fix them.

The languages I manage to read, speak and write is Swedish, English and Finnish. Some German (read better than speak and write) and even a little Greek. Many times I can manage to figure out some from other languages as well even if I don't know them at all.
