I started drag racing in 1961. Raced actively until 1990. Still do consulting for local drag racers. Owned and operated a speed shop in Pittsburgh PA. Built, tuned and drove cars ranging from 16 second stockers to 200 mph A/Fuel dragster (1973). Listed on draglist.com's all time fastest list for Top Alcohol/injected nitro dragsters. Built and tuned the NHRA record holding G/SA 1969 Camaro. The car held the record for most of the 1978 season.

I'm in the process of becoming an active racer again. I'm involved in building an A/Fuel Dragster to run under the nostalgia organization (GoodGuys, etc) class structure. We are planning/hoping to have it running for the 2001 season.

Update: 4/26/01 I have a new car currently being constructed by Calif Chassis Engineering. It will run in NHRA's A/NostalgiaDragster; GoodGuy's Jr/Fuel; ADRA's Jr/Alcohol or Jr/Fuel. Will be running starting the 2002 season. :-)
