Profile

Having had memories of the difficulties I faced when I first entered the internet (there was no web in 1991 and searching for information was a real nightmare) I couldn't resist the temptation to smile when I first visited dMoz' well organized catalogs. Things have got really easy now.

Ok, I am Panos Stokas and I live in North Greece, working on a web design firm while I study physics. My interests are located around classical music, religion and philosophy. And running.

I decided to participate on the Open Directory Project as an editor for Greek-related categories. Greece is a difficult case, as few webmasters here understand the importance of announcing their sites; there is plenty of work to be done, but its fun and exciting... an experience I believe most dMoz editors are communicating to their visitors.
