I have more than seven years of experience working in the commercial lending side of banking. I have worked for three “community bank” lenders ranging in size from $50 million to $7,500 million in assets.

I have personally underwritten hundreds of commercial loans including:

Owner occupied commercial real estate, Income producing property commercial real estate, Permanent working capital for business, Multi-million dollar participations, Asset based lending facilities, Equipment loans, Revolving business lines of credit, Floor plans, Warehouse lines for mortgage companies, Land loans, Construction loans, and Acquisition and development loans

Having said that, the nature of commercial lending is such that I am sure that I have not seen every type of loan out there.
