Profile

John Levine is the long-time moderator of comp.compilers and the author of several books including "Linkers and Loaders" and "lex&yacc".

He got a PhD in Computer Science from Yale in 1984. Now he's the sewer commissioner in a tiny village in upstate New York. He's also a life-long Universalist and a member of the governing board of his local UU church.
