Profile

We are a geologic father (Pep Verd Crespí) and his teenager son (Pep Verd Barreno), both users of the net from april of 1997. One year ago, we incorporated to the family of Dmoz.org, working in the category of "Ciencias de la Tierra" (Earth sciences) in World/Español. Now we have taken the category of "Ciència i Tecnologia" (Science and Technology) in World/Català.

We are from Mallorca, a german colony in the Mediterranean ;-) but we don't write / speak german, so that we have keep only with World/Español and World/Català... our maternal languages :(

In our inet life, we have worked in differents things. PVC, the father, is working now in the web of AEPECT or "Asociación Española para la Enseñanza de las Ciencias de la Tierra" (www.aepect.org), an association of Earth Science education. Also he is working in his web of Alaró 2001 (www.alaro2001.com), a site created in commemoration of the century of the electricity in Mallorca, concretely in Alaró, our town. Finally, he is one of the founders of the list of Earth Science in Rediris.es and have in http://personal.redestb.es/josepverd/ his personal web site (Geologia des de Mallorca, or "Geology from Mallorca").

PVB, the son, worked in "Maquinista, una guía en la red", a personal little ezine. He is a passive collaborator of Meristation Magazine (www.meristation.com), the best spanish magazine about electronic games. Also he is a collaborator (passive, too) of LaRed (lared.lasnoticias.org),one of first spanish ezines about the net and, finally, he has his personal website in Ciudadano.net

We like very much to be part of Dmoz.org and our recommendation is that you fill the form of Dmoz and work in the category of your interested.
