A little heart-talk for fellow editors: The ODP is a huge place. There's a diversity of roles you can take on. Find the role that best fits your personality, your interests, and the time you can afford. For me, it's plain old garden pruning - finding dead links and tracking down their new URLs. Now I'm at the right level to do exactly that, and I'm happy. So, in a sentence: Find what gives you fulfilment, and get there. Happy editing. :-)
