Personal experience lead me to my interest in do-it-yourself real estate. As homeowners become increasingly sophisticated and knowledgeable, more of them will decide to go the FSBO route. I now have two sites, 24-7FSBO.com and Homes4sbo.com.

I've bought real estate from the owner and sold real estate by myself. I enjoyed meeting the people who had loved my new home... and I enjoyed meeting the people whom I was passing it on to. I've negotiated a sale completely through an attorney, and I've done it by "handshake first, contract later".
