Note that if you receive a confirmation screen after suggesting your URL then your site has been received and all sites received are reviewed at some point in time.

Two suggestions on how to get your site reviewed:

1. Take the time to find the correct category for your site and submit it to that category. If you submit your site to the wrong category then it must be sent to the proper category by the reviewing editor, placed back in line until it can be reviewed by that categories editor.
