I have been a member of the on-line community since the early-mid 1980's. I spent way too many hours in the chat rooms of Compuserve. It was there, however, I found out about the magic of it all.

I experienced chatting and on-line relationships from the beginning of "on-line" After one LDR that didn't work out, I did meet and marry another on-line chatter in 1986. In 1995 I became single again and was amazed to find websites dedicated to finding love on line.

I joined the Open Directory Project in April of 1999. In December of that year I became a meta editor. Right now, I am choosing to quietly work behind the scenes and tidy things up. This is as I allow my offline life to sort itself out and settle down.
