I mean well. Really, I do.

bugmuncher at the ODP

I started out in Sports:Paintball:Teams:United States:Maryland, then picked up Virginia because I was running out of things to do.

Then I collected some links for Scenario Paintball, and started Sports:Paintball:Scenario, which grew very quickly, especially because of the high number of teams that identified themselves as Scenario Paintball Teams. I ended up winning a "Best New Sports Editor" award, presumably for that.

My latest project is cleaning up Shopping:Sports:Paintball, which I dread categorizing... But with about 270 sites, it needs to be done.

Real life

I am a journalist for Gannett, the largest newspaper chain in the United States.

I am also a veteran of the Macintosh entertainment software industry, which means I occasionally get paid to play games. I am also a freelance writer and editor.

I play a bit of paintball, too. And computer strategy games.
