Profile

Greetings and welcome to the Open Directory Project.

I've been an ODP Editor since 9/Nov/1999, editall/catmv since 31/Jul/2001, and meta-editor since 9/Mar/2002. I'm not as active as I once was (25k edits or so), but I'm still around here and there.... mostly in pet categories or interesting ontology discussions.

I'm a librarian, and organizing and discovering information is what I like best about my job. I've had a fun time at the ODP doing the same stuff, while meeting and interacting with fellow editors.

Analander is a name from Steve Jackson's "Sorcery!", where the unnamed main character is from the country of Analand. TK-421 is the only named stormtrooper in Star Wars.

This editor profile looks a little different from others because it uses a cascading style sheet that I wrote a few years ago. A few of my fellow editors actually seem to like it, yes indeedy.

If you have any feedback about any of the ODP categories I help edit (this includes their subcategories), please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.
