Recreation
Recreation has experienced modest growth in nineteen of its thirty categories during the past few months. Ten categories have grown by at least 10% this past year. Two categories, Roads and Highways, and Trains and Railroads, now have less than 1% unreviewed sites.Altogether, there are 378 editors in Recreation. In
terms of longevity as a Recreation editor, bdperdue, who started editing in May, 1999, is our most senior member. Recently editors have been added to subcategories in Pets, Boating, and Food.
Under the leadship of trueblue, there have been ongoing discussions to disband or reorganize subcategories in Boating.
The Help Wanted category is being updated monthly. Many opportunities exist to edit in subjects, from Antiques to Travel. Several categories remain without editors. Please check the list, and apply for a category. Whether you are interested in greenbusting or full editing privileges, Team Recreation welcomes your help.
