Ansan City is located on the coast of the West Sea (Yellow Sea), south of Seoul and Incheon. It is bordered by Siheung, Anyang, Gunpo, Uiwang, Suwon and Hwaseong Cities.
Anseong City is an inland district in southernmost Gyeonggi province, sharing borders with Chungnam and Chungbuk provinces as well as Pyeongtaek, Icheon and Yongin Cities.
Anyang City is located inland directly south of Seoul, and also shares borders with Gwangmyeong, Siheung, Ansan, Gunpo, Uiwang and Gwacheon Cities.
Bucheon City is sandwiched between Seoul and Incheon, and also borders Gwangmyeong and Siheung Cities on the south.

Comprised of seven dongs, Dongducheon lays about 65 km north of Seoul. It is home to Camp Casey, the largest U.S. military base in South Korea.

Gapyeong county lies in northeast Gyeonggi province, with Gangwon province on the east. Within Gyeonggi, it is adjoined by Pocheon and Yangpyeong Counties and Namyangju City.
Gimpo City is in northwesternmost South Korea, with North Korea on the north and the West Sea (Yellow Sea) on the west. It also borders Incheon, Seoul, Goyang and Paju.

Goyang City lies immediately northeast of Seoul, and is also bordered by Gimpo City, Paju City and Yangju County.

This county has no connection to the metropolitan city of Gwangju, located in Jeonnam province.
Gwangmyeong City lies directly southwest of Seoul, where it is adjacent to Bucheon, Siheung and Anyang Cities.
Hanam City lies directly west of Seoul, and also borders Gwangju County and the cities of Namyangju and Seongnam.
Hwaseong is on the coast of the West Sea (Yellow Sea) in southwestern Gyeonggi province. It adjoins the cities of Ansan, Suwon, Yongin, Osan and Pyeongtaek.
Icheon City is situated in southeastern Gyeonggi province, and adjoins Chungbuk province on the southeast. Within Gyeonggi-do, it borders on Yeoju County and the cities of Anseong, Yongin and Gwangju.

Namyangju City is a large district northwest of Seoul, adjacent to Seoul, Guri, Uijeongbu, and Hanam Cities, as well as the counties of Gwangju, Yangpyeong, Gapyeong and Pocheon.
Osan City is a small district sandwiched between Hwaseong and Pyeongtaek Cities.
Paju City lies on the North Korean border. It adjoins the South Korean cities of Gimpo, Goyang and Dongducheon, and the counties of Yangju and Yeoncheon.
Pocheon County sprawls across northeastern Gyeonggi province, sharing its northeast border with Gangwon. Within Gyeonggi-do, it is bordered by the counties of Yeongcheon, Yangju and Gapyeong as well as Dongducheon, Uijeongbu and Namyangju Cities.

Also spelled Shihung, this city lies on the West Sea (Yellow Sea) coast directly south of Incheon. It also borders the cities of Bucheon, Gwangmyeong, Anyang and Ansan.
Suwon City lies in south central Gyeonggi province, surrounded by the cities of Ansan, Uiwang, Yongin and Hwaseong.
Uijeongbu City is located directly north of Seoul, and is also bordered by Namyangju City and Yangju and Pocheon Counties.
Uiwang City lies in the midst of the highly urbanized area south of Seoul. It adjoins Anyang, Gunpo, Ansan, Suwon, Yongin, Seongnam and Gwacheon Cities.
Yangju County lies in north central Gyeonggi province, adjacent to Seoul, Yeoncheon County and the cities of Paju, Goyang, Dongducheon and Uijeongbu.
Yangpyeong County sprawls across east central Gyeonggi province, adjoining Gangwon-do on the east. Within Gyeonggi-do, it borders the counties of Gapyeong, Gwangju and Yeoju, as well as Namyangju City.
Yeoju County is located in southeastern Gyeonggi province, and shares its southeast border with Chungbuk and Gangwon provinces. Within Gyeonggi, it adjoins the cities of Icheon and Gwangju, and the county of Yangpyeong.
Yeoncheon County lies at the northern extreme of Gyeonggi province, adjoining Gangwon-do on the west and North Korea on the north.
Yongin City lies in south central Gyeonggi province, bordering the cities of Uiwang, Icheon, Seongnam, Suwon, Pyeongtaek and Hwaseong, and the county of Gwangju.
