Counter-Strike: Source is an update to the Anti-Terrorism modification originally created for Half-Life. CS:S is built on the Source engine, the graphics engine for Half-Life 2. While the gameplay is essentially the same as the original Counter-Strike, it has had a number of changes and improvements:

  • New graphic effects
  • New models
