This category contains links and subcategories focused on collegiate field hockey conferences and teams.Collegiate field hockey is separated by three major distinctions:
- NCAA - governing body for collegiate hockey; players are eligible for NCAA scholarships and teams participate against each other for division (Division I, II, and III) and national championships. Teams that do not belong to an conference are listed under "Independent"
- NFHL - governing body for collegiate club field hockey (such as student organizations, intramural teams and clubs)
- Unaffiliated/Independent clubs - student organizations and clubs not associated or governed by the NFHL
