This category is for horse trainers who provide training services or clinics of a general nature in Oceania, i.e. training not specific to a discipline or a breed. Sites will NOT be listed in more than one category.
Breed specific trainers should submit to the relevant category in Sports/Equestrian/Breeds. Trainers who specialize in one discipline should submit to the Training sub-category for that discipline. Stables who primarily provide generalized training for horse and rider, including teaching riders on school horses, should submit to Sports/Equestrian/Riding Stables. |
Training may be specific to a particular discipline, for example, Dressage, or Driving. Or it may be more general - basic backing to saddle, sorting out behavioural problems. Some horse owners may be experienced enough to train their own horses - others will call on the services of a horse trainer.
