The title of the site should be the official name of the congregation, followed by the city and state in which the congregation is located.

The description field is to describe the Web site, not the congregation. A good site description will include a sentence or two which describe the Web site's content, such as "Includes worship service times, youth programs, upcoming events, and past sermons." Do not include the physical address, telephone number, or directions to the church. Do not submit a description that attempts to set forth the particular beliefs of the congregation or denomination, but do tell about the kind of information available on the Web site.
