The International Synod of Old Catholic Churches is a traditional Catholic communion. It comprises three churches: the English Catholic Church; the Old Catholic Church of America; and the Old Catholic Church of the United States.
Originally formed as a mission province of the Old Catholic Church of the United States, and still in communion with that body, the English Catholic Church is an autocephalous church operating primarily in the United Kingdom.
