Undergraduate chapters of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity with individual websites at their respective universities.The Kappa Sigma Fraternity was founded at the University of Bologna in Italy in 1400 and was founded in the US on December 10, 1869 at the University of Virginia.
Kappa Sigma is one of the ten largest fraternities with over 200,000 initiates and has 207 undergraduate chapters and 6 colonies in the U.S. and Canada. With 105 alumni chapters throughout North America, Kappa Sigma actively supports its undergraduate chapters.
Kappa Sigma has developed outstanding, progressive programs in alcohol and drug education (My Brother's Keeper), individual and chapter scholarship, and recognizes excellence with individual and chapter awards.
Sorority founded February 4, 1987, at Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland.
