This category is meant for organizations that encompass multiple fraternities or sororities. In addition to national groups, local Panhellenic organizations, Greek Councils, Intrafraternity Councils, and the like may be included.
Some colleges and universities have unified greek councils that serve both fraternities and sororities instead of the more common Interfraternity Council for NIC fraternities, Panhellenic Council for NPC sororities, and Pan-Hellenic Council for NPHC fraternities and sororities.
