Water Treatment

Chlorination is a way to disinfect water but it has its own problems at times. Category addresses the pros and cons of this method.

The Water Treatment category covers the health issues concerning water treatment. There are many different water treatment methods and processes. The benefits of these treatments are to provide treated water at a reasonable cost. However there may be problems with the treatments in terms of unknown long term health effects. These long term health costs need to be wieghed against alternative water treatments which may have less health risks.
