This category is for sites which sell "mod chips", products designed to installed in video game consoles for the purpose of allowing those consoles to play legally made backup copies. In order to be listed in this category the site must first be a "shopping" site as defined in the "Shopping" category guidelines and second, it must not sell backup software. Sales of illegally copied software is illegal in most countries of the world.
