University of Toledo
Establishment of the Ultrasound Laboratory at the University of Toledo started from September, 1997, after the lab director relocated from the Mayo Clinic/Foundation, Rochester, Minnesota, to the University of Toledo as a professor and received a long-term grant award from the National Institute of Health (NIH) for developing a high frame rate 3D ultrasound imaging system.
