Real estate brokerages may be listed exactly once, either in the locality where their office is physically located, or at a higher level if the company has multiple offices in more than one locality. Real estate agents with separate websites may also be listed exactly once, in the locality where their office is located.

If an agent changes offices, click Update URL to submit the corrected information instead of Add URL, which is reserved for new submissions. Repeated submissions can delay or prevent being listed in the directory.

Note: Government regulations in many states and countries require web sites to disclose the agent and/or broker names as they appear on license, as well as the office street address.

  • Agent Name - Company Name (for an agent site)
  • Company Name (for a company site)

This category contains real estate sites with offices that are located in more than one province, that are concerned with real estate including agents, brokers, appraisers, developers, inspectors and title services as well as sales and rentals of homes, condominiums and apartments.

Associations

Do not submit to this category if your association is affiliated to a commerical organisation. This doesnot prevent sponsorship but the Association should exist in it's own right.

Please submit all sites to their correct location and category.

This category contains links to NZ localities with Real Estate sites.

Development

If your website is for a specific development you should add it to the locality in which the development has been built. You will have a greater chance of your development being found.

This category includes developers whose projects are throughout NZ.

Education and Training

If your site is primarily imparting free information you may be better placed in News and Media.
For sites with a primary focus on education and training.

News and Media

Please submit only sites which are not involved in selling realestate or other services. The primary focus of the site must be to impart information about real estate.
For sites which provide information, articles and news about the Real Estate industry through New Zealand.

Private Sale

This catetgory provides information about properties for sale by owners. The sites are to their private page or to an organization (not agents).

Property Finders

Property Finders are not registered Real Estate Agents and are operating through a loophole in NZ law which allows them to conditionally contract a property using the "or nominee" clause in the Sale and Purchase Agreement. If the Finder is not then able to sell the property on they will release the property back to the vendor.

Property Finders are generally used by residential investors to simplify the purchasing process.

Rentals

For sites primarily involved in renting and leasing residential property.
