Boiling Springs and the surrounding area has seen tremendous growth in recent years, though the area has remained a community long after other areas have become towns. Farms are still common in the area, but they are being displaced by new housing and businesses. Despite the sprawl, the original springs that saw the first settler in the area still flow much the same after 200 years.
