If the business has multiple locations within the county, please submit that site to the county of York.

If the business happens to have multiple locations within the state, then it should be submitted at the state level for Nebraska Business and Economy.

Submit the site only once. Submit only to the locality where the office is physically located unless a broker has multiple locations. In that case submit to the deepest category that will encompass all locations, such as County or Region. NOTE: Sites for real estate licensees and brokerages are governed by state real estate commission regulations concerned with advertising. Agents must be identified by name and the brokerage must be identified by
the office name shown on its license.

Format Site Title As Follows:

For An Agent Site: Agent Name - Company Name
For A Company Site: Company Name

Any of the following will delay the review process:

• Advertising hype
  
• Excessive use of caps
• Keyword stuffing
• Lack of verifiable address
