2. When writing your site's title please ensure it is accurate.
3. When writing your site's description, please tell what your site offers in a clear and concise statement without hype or promotional language.

Please submit to only one locality - the one where your business is located, as your site will only be listed once - and use the following formatting:

Title for agents: Agent Name - Company Name
Title for companies: Company Name
Description: Services offered, areas of service, and features on the site such as virtual tours and online forms.

Once the site is listed, please do not submit again unless your site changes substantially, such as virtual tours are added or the agency name or location changes. If this occurs, please use the "Update URL" option to notify us.

For sites specifically geared toward this community. Submitting a site relevant to another locality may significantly delay the site from being listed in the directory.

Tips for Faster Acceptance:

• Make sure the site title matches the name of the organization or entity.
• In the site description, stick to the facts and avoid hype or promotional language.
• This is a Regional category, so the location should be readily apparent on the site. The service area should also be apparent when applicable.
• Avoid Excessive Capitalization.
