Most vacation rental properties should be submitted to the locality where they are physically located. County-level listing is reserved for sites offering properties in more than locality in the county. To find a locality and submit there, navigate to the list of localities under the name of this state. Licensed real estate agents and brokerages must instead submit to the Business and Economy/Real Estate sub-category, and all properties for lease must be submitted there as well. Agencies offering multiple properties may submit at county or metro level, but only if the location of each property is specified on the site.

Note: Each vacation rental property or agency may receive one listing. Multiple submissions of the same or alternate URLs can result in being banned from the directory.

Tips for Faster Acceptance:

  1. Location must be clearly shown, preferably by address or local phone number.
  2. Location - Name is the preferred title format for individual properties. Location can be expressed as numbered address, name of street or subdivision, or name of condo and unit number. Name should be for owner or contact as the name appears on site.
  3. Companyname is the preferred title format for agencies. Submitting a locality reference such as "Orlando Dream Houses" in place of the company name will delay or prevent listing in the directory. Concealing the company name to disguise repeated submissions can lead to being banned from the directory.
  4. In the description, stick to the facts and avoid promotional language.
  5. Don't Capitalize Every Word or use ALL CAPS.

Vacation rentals include homes, cottages, condos, townhouses, cabins, apartments and any other type of self-catering lodging facility offered for short-term rental, typically by the week or month, for the use of tourists. This category is for links to localities within this county that offer vacation rental accommodations, and for sites representing multiple vacation rental locations in more than one locality in this county.
