Cartoonist who created "Beetle Bailey" in 1950, "Hi and Lois" in 1954 (with Dik Browne), "Boner's Ark" in 1968 and "Sam & Silo" in 1977 (with Jerry Dumas). He founded the Museum of Cartoon Art in Rye Brook, New York which relocated to Boca Raton in Florida and renamed the International Museum of Cartoon Art.
