Elizabethtown-Kitley Township is located between Brockville and Smith Falls, in South Eastern Ontario.This township came to be as a result of an amalgamation between the Township of Elizabethtown with the Township of Kitley, effective January 1, 2001.
It is made up of five communities: Bellamy's Mills, Frankville, Jasper, Newbliss and Toledo.
