Please do not submit sites to this category.

If your site is provincial in nature or deals with more than one region, please submit it to the appropriate topical category under Nova Scotia. If your site deals with a particular region, submit it to the appropriate region. If your business is based in a particular city or town, please submit it to the appropriate locality category.

There are many regions in Nova Scotia. Some of these are officially recognized such as school or electoral districts. Others are unofficial but widely accepted by the general population -- because they are best known, these are the ones used here. Opinions differ in some cases as to what counties and/or localities belong in any given unofficial region so the broadest possible range is used here. Please refer to the description for each region to learn more about the boundaries used.
