Parksville

The Parksville, Qualicum Beach, area is located on the east coast of Vancouver Island about 2 hours drive north of the provincial capital of Victoria. With expansive beaches, lush old growth forests, spectacular waterfalls, and abundant wildlife all set with a backdrop of snow capped mountains, central Vancouver Island is a super-natural wonder. The historic community of Peachland dates back to the late 1800s and has a population of almost 5,000 residents. Surrounded by orchards, vineyards and towering Ponderosa pines, Peachland is a serene and picturesque community located on the shore of Okanagan Lake in Beautiful British Columbia. Peachland is located 18 miles north of Summerland and 21 miles southwest of Kelowna, and neighbours on the community of WestBank.

Port Hardy

Port Hardy is as far north as the roads go on Vancouver Island. It was named after Vice-Admiral Sir Thomas Masterson Hardy, former captain of the H.M.S. Victory. With a population over over 5,000, it serves as the southern terminal for B.C. Ferries' service to Prince Rupert via The Inside Passage.
