• relate to multiple localities within the Metropolitan Area
• relate to a single locality which does not have its own category

If your site is related to a single locality which has its own category in the West_Midlands then it should be submitted somewhere under that category -- to the most appropriate topical sub-category if it exists.

Guides and directories that are specific to a particular topic (e.g. property, entertainment, tourism) should instead be submitted under the appropriate sub-category for that topic.
