The Borrowdale area includes the Watendlath area of Cumbria.
Borrowdale is the valley stretching from Keswick, alongside Derwentwater lake to the Honister Pass. It contains the small villages of Rosthwaite, Stonethwaite, Seatoller, and Grange. It is generally regarded as the most scenic area in the Lake District.
