Series of arcade style shooters, set around the events and locations in the movie, The Empire Strikes Back. The original game, 'The Empire Strikes Back', was the first Star Wars video game, released for Atari 2600 in 1982. An arcade version appeared in 1985. In 1991 the game was released for NES, with a Game Boy version in the following year. In 1993 'Super Empire Strikes Back' was developed for the SNES.
