The "Technical Articles and TechNotes" category is for technical online magazine articles and "TechNotes" which include a significant text explanation (in addition to any sample code) and which are intended for a technical audience.
Articles and TechNotes should be relatively brief (1-15 pages), focus on a particular topic, and fully explain it. They should be similar to a chapter from a technical book. Each entry should have a BRIEF (1 sentence if possible) summary of the article or TechNote's topic. We intend to index all the Internet's articles on this topic, so we have to keep each description brief to keep the category usable!
Although pages listed here may *include* sample code and/or demos, they should not be: *only* a naked piece of sample code (put those in the "Sample Code" category); a pretty demo without explanation (put those in the "Demos" category); comprehensive A-Z tutorials (put those under "Tutorials"); or nontechnical news articles for a general audience (put those under "News Articles").
