2   Q: How do I get to IRC and chat on it?
A: First you need to obtain a client (a list can be found under Computers: Software: Internet: Clients: Chat: IRC) then you need to find a network or a server (Computers: Internet: Chat: IRC: Networks, or Servers) and then connect. If you cannot obtain a client you would visit a network or server website and look for a java chat applet.
