Animation is a simulation of motion created by displaying a series of pictures, or frames. It is different from video in that independent images are put together to form the illusion of continuous motion. Video takes continuous motion and breaks it up into a set of frames.

This category deals with the use of computers in generating various forms of animation.

Fonts

For all Arabic encodings, including Unicode.

Fonts are sets of typographic characters, tipically used to write documents on word processors. Well known examples are the Arial or Times New Roman fonts bundled with the Windows operating systems.

There are various formats for storing font data; the most common is Adobe Truetype. Font files usually store either a bitmap image of each character of the alphabet in various sizes or a vectorial drawing of the the characters, which allows you to scale them to any size without losing resolution.
