Page elements are components needed to build your web site. They can range from buttons, horizontal rules, bullets, arrows, banners, templates and backgrounds.
The term "linkware," means that you may use the graphics for free, so long as you give credit to the site where you found them, by linking back to their web site with a link, so others can find their graphics, too.
