Please submit only sites that offer clip art images that are free of any copyright restrictions. The compilation (the arrangement of images on the site) may be copyrighted, but the images themselves must be freely available with no conditions attached. http://www.google.com/search?q=define%3Aclipart emphasises that clipart is NOT BACKGROUND images but rather "A collection of icons, pictures, buttons and other useful image files along with sound and video files that can be embedded or inserted into web pages." If you want to have an image to go with, say, a blog entry, you would want clipart. Same for newsletters, magazines, journals... |
