In order to be approved your site must:

1) Have significant unique content or advice that is useful to people looking for naming assistance - without requiring payment or log-in to view the content.

2) Have an easily accessible list of names that have been developed by the company and are in use by their clients.

3) Have an easily accessible list of clients on the site.

4) Have at least a basic description of the methods and philosophies used in name development.

Having all of these qualities, you can submit your site using the following guidelines (in addition to those provided above each section:

Title of Site - Should be the name of the company, service, or individual the site represents. Do not use the title to indicate the services you offer unless they are a part of the legal name. Excessively long names may be truncated by editors for readability. Example: "XYZ Branding Gang"

Site description - Should contain your location, your specialty area, and a brief indication of what type of unique content your site provides. If you do not have a specialty area you may use the word "generalist" to refer to your area of expertise. Example: American Samoa based agency specializing in the tourism industry. Site provides advice on how to deal with foreign tourism and translation issues when developing your brand.

While there is some leeway in submissions, sites that completely ignore these criteria - or that have typos in the submission or on the main pages of the website will not be approved.
