Specific information on how to obtain, acquire, and license the rights for the use of stock images MUST be included on the site. A simple statement like "to inquire about stock, please contact..." is not sufficient. Ideally, the web site should include information about the type of stock, format, submission, delivery, and pricing guidelines, and information as to the type of rights that may be licensed. Web sites must also include a phone contact number for clients, in addition to email. Samples of the type of stock available also must be shown on the site. Web sites should also meet a minimum level of professional quality, design and presentation.

Stock companies, and sites about more than two photographers will be listed in Arts/Photography/Companies, and should be submitted to that category, not this one.

Sites offering images for unlimited use, i.e. royalty free, will be listed in Arts/Photography/Stock/Royalty Free.
