Independent record label based in London with an office in California. Founded in 1980 by Ivo Watts-Russell as an offshoot of the Beggars Banquet label. Long affiliated with Beggars Banquet, and distibuted in the US by Time/Warner. Has a strong cult following, with several fan pages created for the label as a whole.
