These are some sites I plan to put elsewhere in the ODP, and a few just as useful personal bookmarks.

Under the guidelines of the ODP As an editor I must consider the relative value of a site in comparison to the others listed in the same category. Relative value refers not only to the quality of the site, but also to its ability to contribute important, unique information, that is distinct or of use to the reader.
These sites may not convey enough 'relative value' in my own opinion or any unique information when compared to the other sites available in the listing as it stands.
I will have contacted the owners of the sites in each case and asked if the site is unavailable due to lack of time/knowledge or the site is now closed. Where the site is lacking in content, I will have asked the owner to notify me when the site has link errors or quality/originality issues fixed.

It was coined by the eminent British scientist and scholar Sir Francis Galton (1822-1911). Eugenics is also a philosophy which purports that by applying science and guidance to human reproduction a more noble human race and a higher civilization can be produced.
