Terminology in sport can sometimes be confusing. There are three games sometimes called "paddle tennis." Two had their origins in the New York metropolitan region. A third is a more recent game of Mexican origin but it is included because of the confusion about these games. But they are all descendants of tennis - played with paddles, not racquets, with balls very similar to tennis balls and on smaller versions of tennis courts with nets. They sprang out of tennis for different reasons and at different locations but they share that common heritage. The main differences are: Paddle Tennis is played with out walls or screens, Padel is played with either one or four walls, Platform Tennis is played on a platform with four screens.

Let's clarify some things. The top level consists of sites or topics whereby the URL of their location is listed in relation to the category it affects. For example, under Arts/ there are some Billy Crystal sites I added. Pick Kids and Teens though, it's a good category.

The Catalan Countries is a nation located in the West of Europe. It covers all the Mediterranian East coastal side of the Iberian Peninsula.
