Tom Wilkinson - British character actor, born 12th December 1948, Leeds, West Yorkshire.

In the mid-1970's, he began working on British television and stage. He received international attention for his role in 'The Full Monty' (1997), which earned him a BAFTA for Best Supporting Actor.

Other films include 'Sense and Sensibility' (1995) , 'Wilde' (1997), 'Shakespeare in Love' (1998), and 'The Patriot' The (2000).
